Sign up, kick start your fundraising with as little as a £5 donation and set your #henshawshundreds goal. Our fundraising team will be there to help you every step of the way. Do it on your own or get the family involved as a team.
It's a virtual challenge so you'll see your fundraising efforts added to the #HenshawsHundreds total online. Track your hundred and watch it grow!
The money you raise will help Henshaws support those living with disabilities to build skills, develop confidence and look forward to a more positive future.

.21-30 September .10 days .100s of ways
You can be a pioneer by joining the very first Henshaws Hundreds Challenge this September! Launching at the start of National Eye Health Week, for 10 whole day we are challenging you to do your hundred your way. Swim, run, walk or cycle a hundred miles or a hundred metres. Or tackle a hundred laps of the garden, the local park, or wherever. Just pick a hundred of any distance you like – from inches to miles – and get sponsored to travel it however you want to. It could be an exercycle or rowing machine in your lounge, taking turns on a treadmill in the office or forming a running club with friends. You don’t have to do it all in one go either – that bike ride could be spread across the 10 days, or taken on as a group. We all have a hundred of something in us! Could you do yours for Henshaws?
Here we hope to answer all your questions but if you have any more please do email email@example.com and we'll be very happy to help!
Why are virtual events so important right now?
The Covid-19 pandemic has had a catastrophic effect on charities, with the cancellation of events meaning a huge loss of income from fundraising events. Henshaws Hundreds is the chance for you to do something amazing - whoever, wherever and whenever! Vulnerable members of society need our help, and they need it now.
Can anyone take part?
Whatever your age or ability, we'd love you to take part. All you need to do is think up an activity based around the lucky number 100 that suits your skills and abilities. The campaign will run for 10 days launching on 21st September, at the beginning of National Eye Health Week. Pick your #HenshawsHundreds, tell everyone you know, enjoy training and practicing your chosen skill, and then join in this virtual event from 21-30 September to complete your challenge.
How can I help share the campaign?
Whether you're doing 100 press ups with the dog on your back, running around the block 100 times, or bench-pressing 100 kilos, we want you to share to show us how you're changing lives! Help to inspire others by sharing pictures or videos of your challenge on social media using the hashtag #HenshawsHundreds
Here's a little inspiration from us, but remember this is your challenge, your way. Be as creative as you want to really inject the fun into your fundraising.
Run or cycle 100 miles or km, indoors or outdoors.
Get 100 friends together for an online workout.
Learn to hula hoop 100 times.
Put on your favorite tunes and dance for 100 minutes.
Trampoline for 100 minutes.
Swim 100km or 100 lengths.
Walk, jog, hop, or roller skate 100 laps of your garden.
Why not challenge yourself further and do one of the above every day for 10 days, or get your family and friends involved and do the challenge between you?
